Aortic valve replacement plus two bypasses and left atrial appendage closure. 25 days in the hospital due to pericardial effusion and tamponade, plus heavy pleural effusion. Recovered well after discharge. Now facing problem with rising mitral stenosis with calcified valve and mitral annular calcification.
