About Me (In My Own Words)
I had a Mitral valve replaced 17 years ago with a tissue valve. I recovered and was able to have a active lifestyle with no problems.
I was even able to get back into my passion in life which is Scuba diving. Now after 17 years, I need to have it replaced. At 67 years old I have to decide tissue or mechanical valve.
