About Me (In My Own Words)
I had bypass surgery, triple, in l998. Since then, I had 24 stents inserted in my heart. Now my mitral valve is a level of SEVERE regurgitation as seen in a TEE test a few days ago. Open heart surgery was suggested. Is the open heart the only solution for a repair/replace procedure with my history? I will be 75 on April 13. Thank you for your reply, Roberta Caristo
