About Me (In My Own Words)
I have been dealing with a leaky aortic heart valve for over a year. I was told to have replacement surgery with a artificial heart valve about a year ago. I am now 36. I waited because I had to take care of my father and research the different options available. I recently attended the live Webinar on this site with Dr. Allan Stewart and Adam Pick regarding Aortic Valve surgery, which was just what I needed to hear.
