About Me (In My Own Words)
I was diagnosed 9 years ago with a bicuspid heart valve and was born with a heart murmur. I have been having echos 2x a month for the past 4 years and recently had a cat scan. This time I was sent to the heart surgeon for a 2nd opinion and found out my aorta was 2x it's normal size at 4.6. This was 2 weeks ago and I am having my cath on Monday, October 21 and my surgery on October 22. It is happening so fast, I don't know it this is good or bad.
