About Me (In My Own Words)
I had Rhematic fever at age 6 due to a neglected strep that affected my valve. My surgery was at age 25 and I just turned 65 in November.
I just made my 40-year anniversary ‘Seudas Hodah’ (translated from Hebrew: Thanksgiving meal) with my large family to give thanks to the Almighty G-D that my valve lasted this long and that I was able to live a productive life.
Thank G-D, my Star Edwards valve has lasted this long and hopefully I will never need another operation.
With G-D’s help, I hope that you and I, healthy ‘keep on ticking’ for many many more years to come.
