About Me (In My Own Words)
I went to a quickie med one day cause I thought I had covid, the discovered a spot on my lung and sent me to the hospital. The hospital gave me three units of fluids and a cat scan. The hospital said no spot on my lung, no covid but I was severely dehydrated. The cat scan showed some white around my heart. That sent me to my pcp who heard a murmur for the first time and sent me to a cardiologist, who in turn diagnosed a sever aortic stenosis. I have been told at 60 and being relatively healthy that I should have a tissue valve replacement. So, here I am, surgery scheduled for June 21, 2022.
