Had valve replacement 2010 with horse valve, of course we all know how that turned out. It starting leaking by after 6 years and now it so bad something has to be done. With a horse valve it can be really hard to do a TAV-R operation but that's what we will try. There is so much scar tissue from the poor installation of the horse valve TAV-R is my best bet even though it is not a great solution. Waiting on BCBS of KS to approve surgery, they have turned it down once. Worse gets to worse and the tav-r doesn't work they will saw me open again and try to put in a On-x mechanical valve.
