Atrial fibrillation and severe mitral valve regurgitation one month after Pfizer vaccine in July 2022. After open heart surgery to repair the mitral valve, atrial flutter occurred, which led to right ventricular heart failure. After then undergoing cardio version my flutter and heart failure disappeared.
