About Me (In My Own Words)
Born with Stenotic BAV, Aorta is also now Dilated alongside the Valve being severely Stenotic. Not really symptomatic but surgery required now. Having a Ross Proceedure but also having a PEARS (Exovasc) Jacket fitted to stabalise & prevent further dilation of the Aorta. Hoping this will provide long term Autograft Stability which can be troublesome for Ross Patients with Dilation issues.
