Heart murmur detected as a child. Later in life diagnosed with mitral valve prolapse. About 10 years later at age 47 severe regurgitation. Just recently had surgery for repair (4 days post op). Successful reconstruction performed by Dr. J. Alan Wolfe with the Northeast GA Physicians Group in Gainesville, GA.
