About Me (In My Own Words)
I had a mitral valve repair of a ruptured valve resulting in minimal leakage. Seven years later I am told I have moderate leakage with difficulty climbing stairs or hills, shortness of breath when laying down, and at other times, too. My exercise level has decreased. My cardiologist has a wait and see view. What might other doctors think of a re-repair sooner or later?
