About Me (In My Own Words)
I had avr in june of 2010.Surgery was performed by DR John Brown in Morristown Memorial NJ.I was 53 at the time of the surgery and was in great shape.I didn't believe there was anything wrong and had a hard time coming to grips with what was about to happen.My wife got me Adam's book and it was a tremendous resource one which I would strongly recomend .For me the physical recovery was fast and easy ,not so for the emotional recovery that took over a year.
