About Me (In My Own Words)
Had shortness of breath and fatigue for several days. Thought it to be another sinus infection. Began also having pains in chest as well. My family called 911 and was taken to ER. I do not recall anything after being put into the ambulance. I awoke over 2 weeks later, having been in ans induced medical coma. During that 2 weeks, I had a triple bypass and a mitral valve replacement. When I awoke, I could not move or do anything. After about a month in rehab, I was able to walk and move about again. It is a miracle. Thank you God - working through the hands of Dr Wolf and all of the hospital and rehab staff at Baptist and at Great Oaks Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Mississsippi.
