About Me
I had Reumatic Heart Disease as a child, however it never really bothered me. I have always had a heart murmer, but didn't think anything of it. My physician has follwed me for 15 years and now says I need a heart valve replacement. I have another appointment with a Cardialogist, and Cardiac Surgeon. I am 81 years old and live a very full life with no chronic diseases. I'm trying to decide if it is worth going forward with this Surgery. I am a little short of breath with exertion and do have times of fatigue, which I hate.
