On the end of 2020 , when I was 68 years old, have diagnosed by an Indonesian Cardiologist that I have Aortic Stenosis Severe Grade , and he advice me to get the replacement of my aortic valve as soon as possible. On June 5, 2021 , I was already take SAVR by Indonesia Thoracic Surgery Medical Doctor at Mitra Keluarga Hospital - Kelapa Gading in Jakarta , with the Aortic artificial of Metronic Hancock II Probiotestic with diameter of 26 mm . Post the SAVR , my aortic valve can function very well , no leakage , the gradient is normal. But on the end Sept 2023 , my Aortic Echo show that High gradient with peak of 88 mmHg and Avg 51 mg . Now my Indonesian Cardiologist advice give me oral teraphy Anti Coagulant to get the INR blood > 2 , and according the latest test Lab , my INR show = 2.11 . Maybe if my pressure gradient Aortic still high for long time , I should take the treatment for Replacing of my aortic for the second time . For my preparation in term of the financial aspect , Would you please inform the the TAVI Cost expenses include hospitalization for pre & post TAVI treatment and because of my treatment is Valve in Valve category , may be please advice me to consult with best USA cardiologist who has best capability to take the TAVI treatment of me
