About Me (In My Own Words)
After incidentally being diagnosed with hypertension during a gastroenterology work up, then having my Cardiologist find I had an undiagnosed bicuspid aortic valve and aneurysm at 44 years old, I had a Bentall Procedure performed. I am now convalescing X 3-4 weeks, then will begin cardiac rehab. I have been informed that I will be able to return to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu within a year.😃👍🏽
