On 4/22/22 had a double heart bypass surgery. I have had four heart attacks since April 2018, scar tissue shows I had another one prior to 2018 which I never knew about, second one was August 2020, in ICU for 15 days I was sedated so I don’t what really happened which is a good thing, apparently I went through a lot. Third was July 2121 in hospital for 5 days. Angiograms on January 2022, found two collapsed stents which were fixed, plan was to have angiograms every 6 months. However, in expected symptoms late Saturday nite just befor midnight on 4/16/22. Glad we Called an ambulance and got to the ER in time. Had angiogram the following Monday 4/18/22. Could not fix stent. So double bypass heart surgery was my next option that we already previously discussed with my cardiologist
Btw, Dr Luis Castro and Dr Adam Harmon here at Sequoia Heart Hospital did the surgery. I little or no pain. It’s truly amazing and I’m forever grateful! I’m so lucky to near but this facility and my doctors just 1.5 miles away.
