About Me (In My Own Words)
I had my mitral valve replaced on 7/30/19. I experienced a tachycardia episode on the 8/14/19 and now have an ejection fraction of 24%. I just completed36 rehab sessions and have been walking 2.5 miles per day. Been watching my sodium intake and am currently on metoprolol and losartan. On Tuesday, the 17th, I will see my cardiologist and have and echocardiogram to see if my number has improved. I feel good but am concerned about what may be next if the numbers are the same.
