Not yet scheduled for TAVR but am a candidate with 'moderate AVS'. I also have persistent A-Fib which is addressed by Eliquis, Diltiazem. My local TAVR team provided me a shiny brochure on the stent and process, and with diagnosis on "moderate'. I declined immediate surgery as I want to determine if my A-Fib should be addressed first with an ablation treatment (there are several). Then get a TAVR in a separate procedure. Seems to me that A-Fib should be taken care of first, then the TAVR. I am educating myself and have schedule an appt for second opinion. Thought I"d ask if anyone had similar situation and their approach. Thanks...//Chris
