About Me (In My Own Words)

I am 69 years old. I was diagnosed with moderate aortic regurgitation one year ago and was told to come back for another echo in a year. Currently I'm having some odd symptoms so I'm guessing that things are getting worse. I have another echo along with a stress echo in a week. Considering Dr. Starnes in LA. Don't have a good rec for a San Diego Dr. Would also travel if necessary. My stress level is so high. How are you all managing that?
