About Me (In My Own Words)
Hi my name is Cathy and I am 53 yrs old. I was diagnosed about 20 years ago with stenosis of the aortic valve and about 2 months ago with a subaortic membrane. Now I am facing aortic valve surgery in 8 days.
Dr. Eric Roselli thinks he can do a repair instead of a replacement. I am praying that will be the case.
I hope after my surgery I will once again be able to hike the mountains we live in with my family. That is my goal.
