About Me (In My Own Words)
I am Casey's Mom, writing this for him. Casey was born with Tetralogy of Fallot and was repaired at one month old when weighing 5 lbs!! He suffered a stroke when on bypass and has left hemiplegia. He is 14 now (almost 15 in October!) and his cardiologist said it was time for the pulmonary valve after periodic testing. He now has severe regurgitation, dilated right ventricle, and decreased right-sided function. He is having surgery Monday, July 9, 2018 and we are hoping for an excellent outcome!! Most of all, no further stroke or complication.
