Valve replacement went well. On 12/15 3 days after surgery, in hospital room, I was walking from bathroom to bed and fell on my wife and the bed. She was trying to hold me up and my wife said to nurse I fainted, but nurse said no he’s in coding. No pulse no heartbeat , just turning blue. The nurses were lined up outside the door to my room as they took turns performing CPR, and breaking all my ribs. The doctor took my wife’s hand and said he could not do any more and not sure I would be the same if I survived. Just as he was going to call it, a nurse said I GOT A PULSE!! That was after I was out for 15:25 that’s a lot of minutes no heartbeat no oxygen
I guess I was not handling pain so well from CPR , so they medicated me for 2 weeks and kept me sleeping. 47 days in Heart Hospital 2.2 million dollars for the Hospital. Then after having 2 weeks of Kidney dialysis, I had developed bleeding ulcers, so the doctor did a endoscopy and a colonoscopy Able to cauterize bleeding in stomach. Lungs damaged more after dealing with 2 bouts of pneumonia while in ICU. Then I was transported to a rehab hospital to learn to

There for 2 weeks another 85,000
Now doing cardiac rehab had 45 sessions already and have 15 more
Now seems I have some cognitive impairment, almost complete (profound) hearing loss in my right ear, COPD,Fibrosis,Shortness of breath on activity. Using CPAP and also working n increasing oxygen saturation naturally.
Have a bone came loose or wire and it is poking my chest wall as I bend, twist or move wrong, very painful. This started 2 days ago. Seeing cardiologist in the morning .
