I have known for many years that I had a murmur and started having echos in my late 40s. In the last year or so it has advanced significantly. Just had a new echo and cath in the last month. Waiting to meet with surgeon, Dr Gaca on February 20 to see how we will proceed.
Meet with the Surgeon several weeks ago and now the date is set - March 13!
