i was diagnosed with bicuspid aortic valve with moderate to severe AR with ascending aorta dilated in august 2006.
i underwent open heartsurgery with Bentalls aortic valve conduit implant in sept. 2006.
now i take warfarin 1 mg and ecosprin 75 mg and my INR test result is 1.98. now i increased the warfarin to 1.25 mg.
i have done 2D echo and CT angio 2 yrs ago that revealed nomal functioning Prosthetic heart valve. some times dizziness and mild pain(ocassionaly) in the center chest is being felt.
what could be the suggestion???
