About Me (In My Own Words)
I had strep throat when I was a child, also got St vites, Dance from it. I was bed ridden for a yr. I really had to learn to walk, because the St vites, Dance was was like being paralyzed on the left side, the Dr. Was amazed that I lived. I was restricted from most activities, up until I had heart valve replacement, the Dr. Did tell me I would probably have to have surgery in my middle age, he was right. I got so I could not walk 10 ft. With out gasping for air and my heart beat was very erratic, So one morning I woke up in the hospital, and was due to undergo aortic valve replacement, I had a choice, I could go home and possibly live for 2 weeks and that would be in bed. Or go for the surgery, I went for the surgery, and after they took all the tubes and everything was removed, the first thing I noticed was my arms and legs were white, I was used to seeing my skin dappled. And that same day I was up walking around. I am so great full for the Drs. And nurses, and God for keeping me alive.
