About Me (In My Own Words)
I wrote you back in February 2010 when i was going to have an aortic valve replaced with a bovine valve by Dr. David Underhill at Hartford hospital. Now I will be 71 in July and have been having chest discomfort for about 3-6 months. Spent a week in hospital end of February with UTI giving enzymes indicating a heart attack had various test performed including stress,EKG, CT scan and echo cardiogram. Covid-19 delayed further test until mid June as the stats (CT) opened. The Hartford Health Cardiac group did a cardiac cath. and found 3 blocked arteries on the heart, should be bypassed and moderate stenosis of my aortic valve. Having calcium buildup in the lower extremities arteries and the three recommended bypasses a full zipper (Sternotomy)and another bovine aortic valve end of July 2020.
I thought that i would give you an update ten years later and I will have Dr. David Underhill do it right AGAIN.
