I also was born with Ebsteins Anomaly. I am a very active person and until age 59 was doing a great. At age 59 something started to shift where my heart was not doing its job the way it should. When I turned 62 I had corrective heart surgery. This is 10 months later and I feel just like you. I hiked on the Appalachian Trail last week and walked 18 hole without a cart on the golf course. May I use your term "super heart" because that is perfect for me?
I am so happy for you. Where did you have your surgery done?
Tomorrow will be two years since your heart surgery! I have always known you are a strong person, full of love and a wonderful spirit. After watching how well you handled the surgery and recovery, you make me so proud. I only hope I will have the strength you do...if I ever have a serious surgery to journey through. I love you always Rita, Aunt Lori
I am deaf, also . I am ex lived in NJ for many years until we moved to Port Richey, Florida for 8 years from now. I read your story from facebook. I hope you will be very brave woman when you got surgery last year ago. Please be very strong and healthy. Ginnie Bennett
