Also, even 7 weeks out, you can still use your spirometer to help with your breathing improvement. Singers use them to improve their breathing depth and control! Congrats on your progress to date! Marilyn Birnie Thank you Sherry. Also I'm glad you reminded me to continue using the spirometer. I saw it yesterday on my bureau and thought It might continue to help me. You just confirmed that. I will join rehab as soon as they contact me. My Cardiologist said I will be getting a call in a few days. Thanks again.
