I was born with bicuspid aorta and had replacement surgery in 2017. I have felt great since the surgery but I the past 6 month I've felt tired and out of breath when I walk or excersize . I've been on metropolol for all this time but I have eased off it and now I'm not taking it as of today. I hope it helps with the fatigue and out of breath ness.

Rita Savelis Betablockers tend to slow one down and make one tired. But the fatigue and breathlessness after OHS can last a long time and come and go. I've had several pleural effusions and they can make one very tired and out of breath when doing any exercice. My surgery was in 2015 and I still get tired and out of breath. It comes and goes.
