Hi Hayden.... Hope you are continuing down the road to recovery! My back/scapular started hurting much more than my chest. I'm told it's because of the 'slumping' you naturally do to protect the damaged chest. I got a massage yesterday (in a chair...not laying on my stomach) that focused on my upper back and scapulas. Today...a WORLD of difference. Give it a try!

Hayden Pomeranz Thank you. And yes I think I do too and my accident was most definitely a blessing in disguise. I will never forget that night. A horrible situation that ended up saving my life. It's amazing how things work out.
