In early 2009, several members of this website discussed the possibility of developing an online, heart valve surgeon database. The idea was to create an easy-to-use surgeon directory with the following objectives:

  • To help future patients and caregivers QUICKLY find trusted and reputable heart valve surgeons anywhere in the world;
  • To provide surgeon feedback from the PATIENT PERSPECTIVE; and
  • To offer this information FREE-OF-CHARGE.

In April, 2009, this special database launched in beta mode! Now, we need your help to expand the surgeon listings in the database! Will you help us by adding your surgeon profile and your experience?
