"I contracted SBE (subacute bacterial endocardistis) from a dental cleaning at which I did not pre-medicate for my Mitral Valve Prolapse. By the time I was diagnosed, my valve was too far gone to save and once I threw a clot from my heart valve that settled in my leg it became urgent that I have surgery right away. I met Dr. Robert Kass the night before the surgery and he assured me all would go well and I am glad to confirm that it did. He and his team, as well as that of the vascular surgeon for my leg, did a great job. They have my thanks and that of my family."

"I was very scared and frantic about the surgery. Needed to do three procedures: Mitral valve replacement;Aortic Valve repair and remove huge blood cloth from my left heart chamber. I was so scared that I asked doctor to wait for a couple of months because my daughter was getting married in a 2 months, so I was scared not to be present at her wedding, but doctor Kass explained to me patiently that i cannot wait even a month and need to do a surgery right away and that I am lucky enough to still walk. He was suprised in my condition, he didn't see anything like that before. So he explained me and re-assured that I will be OK and I will be like a new on my daughter's wedding! He was right! I am happy, healthier than beforer in 1000 times. I can breath, I can walk and live my life! Doctor Robert Kaas is a very experienced and magical doctor. He is performing surgeries in a Cedars Sinai Medical Center. He has very good team of nurses and other staff. They are good, very helpful, nice, very professional and hard working. "
