Dr. Marc Sakwa, heart surgeon, graduated from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons in 1980.
After medical school, Dr. Sakwa completed his general surgery residency at Brigham and Women's Hospital in 1985. Next, he completed his cardiothoracic surgery fellowship at NYU Grossman School of Medicine in 1987.
Dr. Sakwa is board-certified in cardiothoracic surgery.
