Thanks for the update. Seems like the relaxation tapes are the right thing. I have a set of them that I got from the Cleveland Clinic where I'll be going. Hope today is an even better day and each one will be a healing time for Beverly. I will be following her progress as my surgery will be next month.

Just came across your journal, the day of your surgery, no less. Glad your daughter will keep your journal with your progress. So glad you will have minimally invasive surgery.
