Hi Kristen- I just read your story. Keep up with the smiling and staying positive as best as you can. This can be a strong emotional battle and smiling even when you feel down can really make you feel better. Happiness can heal! Also, I read that you've been having some problems with sleeping. Until you can ask your doctor for something, I would suggest looking into melatonin-its an herbal natural relaxant that personally really helps me sleep.
