"Dr. Thomas Lampros is a very good surgeon, and a good man, I might add. He himself is quite fit and tends to lean towards a more natural protocol of proper diet and exercise rather than a blind reliance on pharmaceuticals. He has a caring, easy way about him and is quite skilled and attentive to the various endeavors in his life -- which includes surgery. I was very pleased with the results. I had a stress test just the other day after 1 year and 8 months, and the valve and its operation look as if it were put in yesterday. Everyone commented on how proficient the surgeon must have been, and that there are not many tissue valves that look as clear or as clean as mine did according to their experience. I feel great and exercise quite intensely 4 days a week."
