"Dr. Damiano was recommended by my Cardiology surgeons in NE Arkansas because he could repair my Mitral valve whereas they could only replace it. Dr. Damiano impressed me as very caring and he and his team repaired my Mitral and Tricuspid valves and performed a Maze procedure. I was hospitalized at Barnes Jewish in St. Louis, where Dr. Damiano performed these procedures. Now two years post surgery, I am not having to take any heart related medications except an 81 mg aspirin daily, and am fully functional. I highly recommend Dr. Damiano and his staff!"

"Dr. Damiano and his staff were excellent. I met with three surgeons before choosing him. I felt confident about his qualifications and he also made me feel comfortable emotionally. He would answer my questions at any time of the day or or night, either on the phone or via email. There were times I emailed his office at 3 in the morning because I was awake and anxious fully expecting an answer sometime the next day. He typically responded within 15-20 minutes. I was amazed that he took so much time to make me feel comfortable. Never once did he get frustrated with me. He truly cares about his patients, will fight for the best care, and is very easy to talk too. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Damiano!"

"Dr. Ralph Damiano was fantastic!!! His pre-operation meeting went extremely well. The operation went as he predicted. His communication with my wife after surgery was excellent. His communication (beside manner) was wonderful. His follow up meetings with me were excellent."
