"Dr. Maxwell and his team including Dr. Long, Kip, Sharon, and Amy are wonderful to deal with and have a great bedside manner. Any questions or concerns are professionally dealt with. If the patient has a question or something hasn't been followed through, they will take the time without hesitation and get the answer at once. Dr. Maxwell takes his art very seriously, yet has a great sense of humor and calming demeanor. Seeing him walk through the door is a pleasure. I cannot say enough about the IHI of Missoula along with the cardiac care unit in the Providence Hospital. I have the greatest admiration for the nurses, aids, and rehab people. These people are the best of the best and very dedicated to their work. No sloughing off at all. Their will deal easily and compassionately with an physical or mental concerns. Great people. If I ever need surgery again, it will be with Dr. Maxwell and his team."

"I would recommend Dr. Maxwell and his staff to anyone needing heart surgery. Dr. Maxwell loves is work and is excellent at it. He shows up with a wonderful sense of humor putting anyone at ease. I am almost three weeks out and doing great."

"Dr. Maxwell, who is the lead surgeon at the International Heart Institute in Missoula, Montana, was fantastic. He was very thorough in his description of my options; he was sensitive to my concerns, and he visited me daily in hospital after the surgery. I highly recommend him."
