"I can't stress enough my gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Yap for the professional and compassionate manner in which he explained to me the nature and urgency of my complaint and the process he would be performing to correct this. The skill he employed to replace my Aortic root, valve and rising Aorta with a Mechanical Valve Conduit is difficult for me to comprehend but my speedy recovery and return to normal active life is testament to that skill. Following the operation, Mr Yap came to see me in the Ward to enquire about my progress and he hosts follow up clinics to see his patients annually."
