"Dr. Rosenburg personally called my father back during our initial surgeon search. The doctor does not sugar coat and has an excellent bedside manner. The Hospital is just as important and the New Palomar Medical Center is state of the art with every room a personal room. The nurses are very understanding and visitation for family is 24/7. We were able to have a family member stay every night with my father. "
