"Dr. Feindel is an outstanding surgeon and author, and a very nice guy to deal with. My experience was more routine than Nancy's -- AVR with a "tuck" to my Aortic root and a Simplici-T band to reinforce my MV -- and my recovery was complete and pretty routine. The whole team at the Monk Cardiac Centre in Toronto was very impressive, certainly including Dr. Feindel."

"Dr. Christopher Feindel co-developed the David Procedure with Dr. Tirone David many years ago, and this was the procedure he used to repair my aortic aneurysm and spare my bicuspid aortic valve. Words cannot express my gratitude to Dr. Feindel for his perseverance during the 9-1/2 hour surgery to save my life. There were many unexpected complications and my heart stopped 4 times. If it were not for his incredible expertise I would not be alive and well today. 10 years ago my aneurysm was discovered and Dr. Feindel has been my guardian angel ever since. We are truly blessed in Canada to have such a fine surgeon!"
