There are two ways that friends and family can subscribe to your Heart Valve Journal. First, they can subscribe via email. All they have to do is click the button in your journal which says, "I want to subscribe to this journal." Second, your support group can subscribe to your journal via RSS (Real Simple Syndication). Both options are provided in your journal.
