Dan. Glad to read you are doing well. Hitting the gym sounds good. I regulate my weight by using the bathroom scale every few days and modifying how much I eat and how much I exercise. Seems to work with only minor corrections needed once I\'m in the zone. Here\'s to year 2 even better than year 1. -- DVB

Congratulations on being out of rehab and back to work. I\'m going for my rehab eval on Thursday. I was postponed by doctors dur to slings issue with pnemounia. I\'m hoping to go back to work on the 14th and know that rehab combined with work may be stressful but I was wondering what type of issues you faced so that I can sort of know what to expect? If u dont mind sharing.

My biggest issue going back to work and doing rehab 3 days a week was being tired most of the week.
I'd be at work at 7am and leave at 2:20 pm to go to rehab on MWF. When I got home I wasn't really hungry and very tired. I'd fall asleep in the recliner about 7:30 and wake up about 10 to go to bed.
Tuesday and Thursday I'd work 7-4 and be ready for nap when I got home. I found Sat and Sun I'd sleep in and take a nap each day.
I was back at work 8 weeks after surgery and the rehab gals kept reminding me most people don't go back until after 12 weeks. However, 8 was about all I got off of work paid.
Be interesting to see how I do this week with no rehab.
Hope all goes well for you. Let me know if you have any more questions.
