Ive just finished reading Adams book. It was very helpful and interesting! Im told to expect a surgery date in late August. I turn 40 on Aug 18 and didnt think my 40th birthday present would be open heart surgery. I find myself thinking about it ALL THE TIME. Scouring the Internet for others peoples stories helps, I want to as informed as possible. I had my Angiogram 2 weeks ago and bled alot. The dark purple bruising that almost reaches my belly button is now just starting to fade to the ugly hue of green and yellow. Im also waiting for a Hematology appt as I have problems with bleeding and clotting. So for now I just worry, worry, worry.....*sigh*
