I was noticing in 2008 that I would get tightness in the chest following a meal and on the first and second fairway of the golf course. It would go away by the third fairway. This happened maybe 4 or 5 times. In summer of 2009 this became more frequent and even occurred when mowing the lawn. I had mentioned this to my GP late 2008 but there did not seem to be any concern then. When I mentioned it again in mid 2009 he jumped on it and referred me to a cardiologist in Burlington to have a Echogram of the heart area. This was the same cardiologist I had been to in 2005 when a heart murmer was detected. My GP thought it wise to compare the films from 2005 to the new films from this Echogram.
