But because my Dec surgery was rescheduled because I got covid a week before, I discovered this place and I am so grateful I did.  I wasn't really ready or convinced that I should have the surgery, but with this wonderful group of people, my thoughts went from being negative to being positive. I'm still nervous and anxious, but I'm also lifted and positive. And I've accepted that I do need this new valve. Take care!

Dan Green posted a note for Amy that says: Good Luck with your surgery. Dr Accola is a great surgeon. I'm having surgery on Jan 5th for an aortic valve replacement and an aneurysm repair. I'm going to Mount Sinai Hosp in NY because my family is there, and I want my wife to have the support of our children and grandchildren. If not for that I would be using Dr. Accola. I have seen him many times and he's as good as it gets in Florida! Best wishes for a speedy recovery!
