What's the difference between the treadmill and walking. I think it is great that you are even on it.
Sometimes mine can't be found with all kinds of stuff on it. That won't happen where you are though. I think you are on that same track I was. I felt a big difference at 3 weeks and back to really, really good by 4 weeks. We spring chickens are pretty dam resilient.

Okay so you are doing great. I had no doubt that you would. I am concerned about Dick. I hope Dick is holding up - I know this has been awfully hard on him. Make sure he gets plenty of rest, eats well and don't have him doing too much. :)

Just stopping by to say hi and let you know I'm thinking of you. I wish you continued recovery. Make sure you do rest when needed in between your walking. I'm doing well, walking daily. I did have a couple of days when I was just exhausted and stayed in my pajamas. The cardio said expect that and its your body healing. Illinois is gloomy right now and expecting snow flurries, so it takes more of an effort to get out there but I put on my scarf and just go. I am on my face book more than heart journal now...good sign...I'm recovering and getting back to normal. Take care, keep up the great work and Happy Healing. Life is Good. Janis Kielbasa

You go girl, keep up the great work. I walk every day because, I feel guilty if I don't. I am starting not to mind it as much. When I walk with a friend it goes so much faster. On my treadmill I have only my own company and sometimes I am quite boring.

Now wait a minute....are you saying you gained weight during surgery?? That's it...I'm not doing it...last straw! I've tried everything else to get out of it, even breaking my foot. Weight gain without chocolate, ice cream, donuts, etc. is JUST NOT ACCEPTABLE! On the other hand...if I'm gonna gain weight anyway...might as well eat up now!!!

Yes, my dear Nancy.. apparently I will be having surgery while you are soaking up the Florida sunshine. I will leave for Cleveland on March 8th with surgery on March 13th. My testing days are divided by the weekend.

So it is really, really, really getting closer!
