"Dr. Finney was a complete gentleman, with excellent bedside manners. He clearly cares about his patients and visited me every day while I was in the hospital. As the chief of cardiac surgery at St. Joseph's Medical Center, Dr. Finney performs numerous heart surgeries and is very well regarded. St. Joe's Heart Institute is reportedly the the largest heart hospital in Maryland and recently improved with a large addition. "
